Production

Thanks to our curiosity and desire to improve, we have mastered various production methods and can offer a very wide range of products: elastic bands, various cords, woven and knitted tapes, webbings, edging bands, shoelaces, furniture elastic bands, belt bands.

We use various production methods: weaving, knitting ribbons and cords, braiding, twisting, putting plastic tips on the cords, thermal treatment of products, cutting fabrics, hot cutting, sewing pipings.

Various raw materials are used in production – polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, technical polyester, natural linen, cotton, vulcanized rubber threads (latex), elastane (lycra) and others.
